I’m confused. Did he make a replica of a gun? Or is he saying the technology exists for him to produce a functioning one?

He made a replica one but the insinuation was that eventually real ones could be made. Until they can make real bullets on the fly on the security side of the airport I’ll continue sleeping safely at night.
