    For the record….I just watched the Santorum clip. I definitely don't think he says "black". He stumbles over the word "lives"' saying "liv….people's lives." I can see at first listen how one might "hear" black, but a careful re-listen shows it is much ado about nothing.

Although in my experience, only being a close observer of politics since the early 90s, most race-baiting and victimization in political contests has been much ado about nothing. 😉
