  2. That show is fantastic. Wait until the episode where it's revealed that Spock is really a Cylon.

  3. MsJS, my most heartfelt condolences to you and family. Your father sounds quite intriguing, so I hope you are able to divulge some of the family stories soon . . . in his honor.

  4. Kevin–I can't believe I'm ahead of you on something to do with pop culture! I love the new Battlestar (or course, I also loved the original–I named a whole litter of my parents' beagle puppies after the original characters one year. Boomer went on to become a Field Champion!).Enjoy!!

  6. I was aware of Battlestar and Lost and Heroes at their debut, but didn't start watching any of themUntil after several seasons, then I start at the beginning and run right through, if it holds my interest. I don't see a lot of TV until well after the fact. But I read about it.

  7. Oh, it'll hold your interest, Kevin. I DO NOT cry at movies….but I bawled at the end of this! The only criticism that I have is that halfway through was the writer's strike, and you can tell. But they recovered quite nicely….The thoughts that this series raises are very worthy of consideration here, but I will hold off until you have watched most of it…Jeez, I FINALLY made it back here! I keep forgetting my password, then reset it, then forget it….I have lost two or three posts because of it. I was a very bright girl today, though, and REMEMBERED TO WRITE IT DOWN.
