  1. Nice Brent. It’s getting really difficult to pretend to challenge you on anything financial, as you must know. Link to your pieces over there so we can read them. Also, I invested in a real estate ETF last year based on something you said and it’s done really well so far.

      Does the firm do more than publish free online analysis? I am just wondering what the model is that produces revenues such that you can get paid.
